Elizabeth is 2 today. It is hard to believe she is 2. I remember when she started living with us. I know everyone says that time flies and they grow up so quick. It is true.
It is going to be a very busy weekend. I have 2 seperate parties to get ready for this weekend. We are having a family party this afternoon; then a party with her friends her age late on Sunday afternoon. That means that I have 2 separate cakes to bake. I'll post some birthday pics next week with new LOs
Although, I haven't featured a designer today. Go by the blogs from my CT designers and the rest of the MIS designers and see that is going on. They just might have some freebies, if they do please leave some love.
Everyone, have a great digiscrapping weekend. See everyone on Monday.

Hey everyone,
Lisa at Sassy Scraps by Lisa is having a CT Call. She has some great kits that are lots of fun. I will put a couple up with LOs that I have done with them to show you what they are. I hope some of you will send her a submission.
Lisa is a really nice designer to work with. I really enjoy her designs. Well since I said that I would feature one of my designers a day. I will go ahead and feature Lisa today. Here are her latest kits that she has created. Lisa has began working with 2 stores. I will link the kits to the stores they are in.
This is her Fly Away Home kit. She Also has a add-on pack for this one at MakeItScrappy.com. I enjoyed this kit. Here is the LO that I did of Elizabeth and my stepdad with this kit.
Click on the image to get the credits and view the rest of my gallery at MIS.
The kit below is not Lisa's newest kit. This was so much fun to work with that it can be used for any type of LO. I actually used it to make a heritage page.
Here is my heritage page using Lisa's Dream It kit.

Lisa has also come up with a new kit called Lazy Summer. I hope that I will get to post a LO to it along with the preview maybe tomorrow; however, I'm not guaranteeing it. I have 2 birthday parties to plan for Elizabeth for Saturday and Sunday. She will be two. Might be a little busy.
Last but not least. Lisa has these great heart shaped journal notes that she has created. I havn't had a chance to work with them just yet but can't wait. Here is a preview along with clicking on the image to link to the store.
I know this was a long post. Hopefully once I get all my designers featured. The posts will not be so long.

I thought I might start Tracy Drane. She is the first designer that I was accepted to her CT team. She has some great kits. All of her kits can be found here. I'm still new to blogging so if anyone can suggest ways to improve my site, please add comments.
Tracy has several kits. I have worked with just a few of them. I hope everyone will check out what she has created. I think we will start with Tracy's newest kit. It is called Generations Past. I really loved this kit. I used it to create a LO using a photo of my great grandmother.
Here is my LO using this kit.
Credits here
Tracy has also created a kit that is completely opposite from this kit. It is a 50s themed kit. I was so much fun to work with. I hope everyone enjoys "50's Diner".
I loved this kit. I live 2 miles from the Elvis Presley birthplace. So I decided to create my LO featuring Elvis considering next week will be 30 years since he died.

Hello everyone,
My name is Denise. I am new to blogs. I thought I might try my hand at it. I love to digiscrapbook. And thought this might be a nice way to share my layouts with family and friends all over.
Let me tell everyone a little about myself. I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. I am also a veteran. I was in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1989-1990. I have 5 children, 4 boys and a girl. I am a grandmother of 3; 2 girls and a boy.
I have my hands full. My boys are 16, 17, 19 and 21. At least the two older ones are out of the house. Elizabeth will be 2 next month. We are what I call a blended family. The youngest son is mine, the 3 older boys are my husband's and Elizabeth is our great niece. She has been with us since she was 6 months. Big age gap for the kids. We don't call them stepchildren. We claim them just as if they were ours biologically.
Our oldest son has 2 stepdaughters and he has a son. Allie and Bryana are 3 and 5 and Cameron is 7 months. I will be putting LOs with all of them as I get them done.
Hope I haven't bored everyone. I hope to have more of my blog working a little later with lists for freebie in digiscrapping and some other things like spotlighting Designer's kits. There will probably be some Marine things as well. I also have a brother stationed in Iraq. So there is no telling what all you will find in this blog.
Semper Fi,
